Job summary

You will apply ANPD principles, collaborate across disciplines, mentor NEPD staff, and create culturally relevant programs. A Master’s in Nursing or Education and RN licensure are required; CNS or RN-BC is a plus.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and CNS or RN-BC certification preferred.
• 3+ years in clinical nursing with teaching or training experience.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and educational design.
• Experience designing and evaluating staff education programs.

Responsibilities

• Apply ANPD principles in nursing education to bridge knowledge gaps.
• Collect data to validate gaps and determine learning needs.
• Analyze ROI for learning activities and manage projects.
• Develop outcomes and plans; create culturally relevant educational materials.
• Mentor NEPD staff and coordinate interprofessional educational services.
