Job summary
Diversity Group is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to lead staff education and oversee nursing training across clinical and outpatient units. The educator will design and implement training programs, evaluate learning needs, and collaborate with interprofessional teams to improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include orientation of new staff, developing curricula, and serving as a trainer for evidence-based initiatives. A valid nursing license and strong English proficiency are required.
Qualifications
- English language proficiency is required for direct patient care.
- Graduate of an approved nursing program with licensure in the United States.
- Licensure/certification as a professional nurse in a state/territory or DC.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert education to nursing staff and supervise staff education.
- Develop and implement learning plans based on needs assessments and outcomes.
- Coordinate orientation for new employees and evaluate progress.
- Lead and participate in evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure safe patient care across units.
