Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing from an accredited institution and 2 years of professional nursing experience.
- Master's Degree in nursing and 2 years acute care experience preferred.
- BCLS (Basic Life Support) on hire required.
- BLS Instructor within 180 days required.
- ACLS Instructor within 180 days preferred.
- PALS Instructor within 180 days preferred.
Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, implements, and evaluates educational programs for clinical staff.
- Coordinates orientation, onboarding, residency, and transition-to-practice programs.
- Maintains competency validation processes and skills assessments.
- Provides continuing education opportunities and supports professional growth.
