Qualifications

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in IL (IDFPR).
BLS certification within 30 days (AHA).
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and delivering in-service education and onboarding.
Develop reports on staff participation/completion of required tests.
Mentor unit/department educators and oversee competency activities.
Collaborate with managers to identify learning needs and outcomes.
Maintain the Learning System and support ongoing professional development.
