Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC seeks a Nurse Director Emergency Department for a community hospital in Phoenix, AZ. You will partner with executive leadership and physician leaders to elevate quality and strengthen culture across the ED.

The hospital features a 40-bed Emergency Department and a 14-bed freestanding ED serving 70,000+ patients annually with volumes growing. A sign-on bonus and full relocation are available for the right candidate.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Management or related field, or equivalent minimum experience requirements.
• 5 years’ experience in nursing management in a hospital setting
• 3 years’ supervisory experience required
