Job summary

Kittitas Interactive Management in Washington state is seeking a Nurse Delegated Coordinator to support clients on caseloads requiring nurse delegated and other medically intensive tasks. You will assist clients to achieve their goals in line with residential guidelines and coordinate individualized programs with thorough documentation.

This part-time, non-exempt role involves advocating for clients, transporting to activities, administering medications in line with nurse delegator instructions,

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• Background check cleared by DSHS before working alone with clients
• Valid driver’s license or Washington State ID
• Home telephone or cell phone
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Additional training in client care and behavioral needs

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and advocate for clients with dignity and respect.
• Identify changes clients want to achieve on their caseload.
• Coordinate individualized programs and document activity.
• Accompany clients on outings and activities.
• Transport clients to agency activities or arrange transport as needed.
• Assist with client money management (petty cash, receipts, EBT).
• Supervise clients to ensure safety.
• Keep hazardous materials and meds secured.
• Maintain clean, safe living environment (ADLs).
• Report injuries, abuse, or hazards to management.
