Job summary

Kittitas Interactive Management (KIM) is seeking a Nurse Delegated Coordinator to provide in-home support for clients requiring nurse delegated and other medically intensive tasks. The role emphasizes assisting clients to achieve their goals within residential guidelines, with both full-time and part-time shifts available.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Intermediate experience with supporting living, preferably with individuals developmentally or otherwise disabled adults.
• Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) license is required or higher (KIM will assist in obtaining).
• Home Care Aide (HCA) license and Certified Nursing Assistant (NAC) licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily hygiene per care plans (teeth brushing, bathing, hair care, toileting).
• Administer medications and document activity, including nurse delegated tasks.
• Communicate with medical offices, pharmacies, and the nurse delegator for meds/appointments.
• Assist with mobility needs, including transfers from wheelchair to bed.
• Monitor vitals and client behaviors, document findings.
• Transport clients to activities/appointments or arrange transportation as needed; complete all forms and data sheets.
• Supervise daily activities and living conditions to ensure health and safety.
• Coordinate individualized programs and document activity thoroughly.
• All training for this position is paid and provided by KIM.
