Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee daily nursing activities and collaborate with management to ensure optimal patient care. Responsibilities include education, quality improvement, and adherence to safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN with MA RN licensure, have 2+ years of tertiary care nursing, and demonstrate leadership and strong communication skills. This is a full-time on-site role with potential signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and current Massachusetts Registered Nurse licensure and registration.
• Two years of current tertiary care nursing experience.
• One year of experience in clinical preceptor and/or resource role.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
