Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver educational programs for nursing staff (in-service, BLS, continuing education).
  • Coordinate nursing activities to meet patient and unit needs.
  • Keep Nurse Manager informed of workload and changes.
  • Coordinate orientation for new staff.
  • Assist preceptors in teaching defined competencies.
