Qualifications

• State Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• Certification in Basic CPR.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with OSHA.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Provide routine nursing duties including phlebotomy, medication administration, vital signs.
• Document interventions clearly in the medical record and protect confidentiality.
• Collaborate with departments to coordinate patient care and education.
• Triate calls and manage urgent medical situations per protocols.
• Serve as a resource to staff and physicians and delegate tasks within regulations.
• Initiate and coordinate patient education and outreach programs.
