Mercy Hospital St. Louis Critical Care Medicine Fellowship seeks a nurse educator to support orientation, competency programs, in‑service and continuing education at the unit level for Mercy coworkers, and to foster academic partnerships.

The role emphasizes career development and smooth role transitions, requiring a Bachelor's degree with 2 years clinical experience (or RN to BSN path), an active nursing license, BLS, MS Office skills and familiarity with patient care equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2 years clinical experience.
• Associate degree holder must have RN to BSN enrollment or 5–10 years hospital nursing.
• Current state license if required.
• BLS certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practice.
• Ability to organize and multitask.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with AV equipment.
• Knowledge of patient care equipment.
