Job summary

Mercy in Rogers, AR, is seeking an RN who will employ the nursing process to provide patient care and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. The role evaluates care effectiveness and coordinates with other departments under Mercy Service Standards.

Applicants must graduate from a nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN) and maintain an RN license in the hiring state or a compact license, with BLS within 30 days of hire and required certifications based on unit needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Maintain RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS/ALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, BLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM or unit-specific certifications.

Position Details:

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

• S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, And Emotional Support) Six Assessment & Care Modules
• C-EFM (Fetal Monitor Certification)

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
