Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and HR functions for WellStar Research Institute.
• Coordinate start-up through close-out of clinical trials.
• Serve as operational contact for sponsors, physicians and customers.
• Ensure staff training, compliance with GCP and IATA where applicable.
• Assist with budget development and billing processes.
• Ensure FDA and other regulatory compliance and audits.
