Wellstar Health System is seeking a Research Coordinator to manage clinical trials within the Clinical Trials Office. You will identify potential study patients, determine eligibility, coordinate therapy initiation, and maintain complete trial records while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

The role requires an RN license with solid computer and communication skills, plus experience in hospital settings and research involvement.

Qualifications

• RN license required (state or compact).
• BLS certification required or provisional allowed (30 days).
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates all facets of patient involvement in clinical trials.
• Conducts all aspects of the clinical trial process following Good Clinical Practice and FDA guidelines.
• Maintains accurate records for patients enrolled in trials and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Communicates with physicians and staff regarding protocol-specific requirements.
• Gathers source documentation and submits required documentation on time.
