VCU Health is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to streamline patient flow and coordinate activities in the nursing unit during assigned shifts. This role serves as a resource and leader for patients, staff, and providers, ensuring efficient, compassionate care.

The position requires an RN license in Virginia or an eligible compact state, BLS certification, three years of clinical or supervisory experience, and a Diploma/Associate degree in nursing.

Competenze

• Diploma or Associate Degree from an approved nursing program.
• Must enroll in an approved RN to BSN program within two years and complete within five years.
• Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible compact state.
• AHA BLS HCP certification or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Organizes and plans work with input from the patient/family with specific outcomes and sound clinical judgment.
• Follows documented physician/licensed independent provider orders in nursing practice.
• Organizes and delegates work, supervising RNs, LPNs, Care Partners, and unit staff.
• Schedules and adjusts shifts to meet unit requirements and changes.
