Qualifications

• AHA BLS/HCP certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient flow and coordinates activities for the clinical area.
• Serves as a resource and leader for patients, staff, providers, and other disciplines.
• Organizes and plans work with input from patients/families and uses sound clinical judgment.
• Supervises others (RNs, LPNs, care partners, unit secretaries) as assigned.
• Works with shift rotation and adjusts schedules to meet unit requirements.
