VCU Health's Cardiology Procedural Care Unit seeks a Clinical Coordinator RN to lead patient flow, coordinate nursing activities, and serve as a resource and liaison for staff and physicians. This role emphasizes efficient, compassionate care and adherence to nursing standards in a high-demand lab environment.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of clinical experience, charge nurse or supervisory background, Virginia RN licensure, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree from an approved nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible compact state.
• AHA BLS HCP Certification or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience.
• Charge Nurse or supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Facilitates patient flow and coordinates activities and communication for the unit.
• Serves as a resource and leader for patients, staff, and providers.
• Ensures efficient, courteous patient care within nursing practice standards.
