Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a dedicated RN to provide medical management for workers' compensation injuries in the Hartford, CT region, coordinating care with physicians, employers, and claims teams to support timely return-to-work outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license with 3+ years of acute care experience; travel within a ~2 hour radius is expected. A Bachelor's degree is preferred to enhance client service and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in an acute care setting.
• Active Registered Nursing license in state(s) of practice.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical management to workers' compensation injured employees via telephonic and in-person contact.
• Coordinate with employers and claims professionals to manage medical care and return-to-work.
• Travel to Hartford, CT area within approximately a 2 hour radius.
