Qualifications

• Degree from applicable program of training and a minimum of 3 years clinical experience in an acute care setting required.
• Active Registered Nursing license or equivalent within the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical evaluation and treatment for injured workers.
• Meet with physician and worker to discuss treatment goals and return-to-work.
• Maintain employer and referral source updates and track case progress.
• Update documentation, generate reports, and participate in telephonic conferences when needed.
