Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. is seeking a Registered Nurse with clinical case management experience to support workers’ compensation cases in the Hartford, CT area.

The role involves coordinating medical evaluations, treatment plans, and return-to-work strategies through direct contact with injured workers, physicians, and employers. The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, 3+ years in acute care, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel within a two-hour radius.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical experience in an acute care setting.
• Active RN license in CT or states where CM is performed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel within approximately a 2-hour radius.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate medical evaluation and treatment for injured workers.
• Meet with physician and worker to discuss treatment plan and return-to-work goals.
• Update employer and referral sources on medical status and work status.
• Coordinate home health, equipment, and physical therapy.
• Document observations and plans in case files.
• Generate reports and ongoing correspondence to stakeholders.
• Maintain caseload targets and quality standards.
