Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification required; specialty certifications may be required depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Engages in nursing process: assess, plan, diagnose, implement, evaluate; involve patients and families.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans; collaborate with care team to improve outcomes.
• Uphold a culture of safety and ensure accurate EHR documentation.
• Float to other units or facilities within the service area as needed.
• Deliver age-appropriate nursing care according to policies and procedures.
