Qualifications

• 1 year of clinical nursing experience typically required.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans.
• Upholds a culture of safety and ethical decision-making.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocols.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• Floats to other units as needed to meet patient needs.
• Demonstrates strong communication and delegation within the care team.
