Advocate Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver and coordinate patient care across units. You will utilize the nursing process, monitor conditions, and collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes. The role requires communication, ethical decision-making, and adherence to clinical protocols.

Responsibilities include documentation, patient/family engagement, and potential float to other units. Active RN license and BLS are required; BSN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care with patients and families
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to improve outcomes
• Promotes safety and ethical care, adheres to standards of practice
• Communicates effectively, provides feedback, and delegates as appropriate
• Pursues professional development and maintains required certifications
• Follows ANA Ethics code and respects interdisciplinary roles for integrated patient care
• May administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs
