Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous hospital or nursing home experience preferred.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Current CNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care per plan of care and unit policy under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Safe transport of patients via wheelchair or stretcher; dispatch services and documentation.
• Provide Observer services for patients requiring constant observation, in person or via remote monitoring.
• Perform receptionist and clerical duties to facilitate efficient unit functioning.
• Document care provided in the electronic medical record.
