Belleview Care Center is hiring Nurse Aides and will provide CNA training to help you obtain certification. The role supports residents with daily care and collaborates with a caring team to ensure quality outcomes.

CNA Training and Certification:

You will be brought on board as a Nurse Aide and will immediately be included in a CNA class provided and conducted by our company. Once the first CNA class is complete, you can begin working and training on our floor with qualified and trained CNAs and Nurses that will provide hands-on, real time training while your CNA classes continue.

Shifts and Pay:

• 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm, 7pm-7am)
• Rotating schedule, flexibility to work weekends and holidays required.
• $15.50/hr as a Nurse Aide
  • $17.25-$20.00/hr, plus daily shift premiums once a CNA certification has been obtained.

Principal Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Ability to participate in and complete company provided CNA class, and pass CNA certification within 90 days of hire.

• At least one year of experience providing care and services in long-term care (preferred)
