Job summary

Belleview Care Center in Missouri seeks compassionate Nurse Aides to join a supportive team. Trainees will enroll in an in-house CNA class and, after certification, gain hands-on experience on the floor with experienced CNAs and nurses.

We offer comprehensive benefits, including health/dental/vision insurance, daily pay through Tapcheck, a 12-hour shift schedule, and paid time off. Training is provided to help you become CNA certified within 90 days.

CNA Training and Certification:

You will be brought on board as a Nurse Aide and will immediately be included in a CNA class provided and conducted by our company. Once the first CNA class is complete, you can begin working and training on our floor with qualified and trained CNAs and Nurses that will provide hands-on, real time training while your CNA classes continue.

Shifts and Pay:

• 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm, 7pm-7am)
• Rotating schedule, flexibility to work weekends and holidays required.
• $15.50/hr as a Nurse Aide
• $17.25-$20.00/hr, plus daily shift premiums once a CNA certification has been obtained.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Answer call lights and respond to residents' needs in a timely manner
• Attend to patients' personal hygiene needs with sensitivity and respect
• Assist with meal preparation and serving
• Admit residents and facilitate the adjustment of new residents to the facility
• Respond to patient needs as they arise
• Foster a positive team environment

Requirements:

• Ability to participate in and complete company provided CNA class, and pass CNA certification within 90 days of hire.

• Professional demeanor
• At least one year of experience providing care and services in long-term care (preferred)
