Belleview Care Center in Missouri seeks compassionate Nurse Aides to join a supportive team. Trainees will enroll in an in-house CNA class and, after certification, gain hands-on experience on the floor with experienced CNAs and nurses.

We offer comprehensive benefits, including health/dental/vision insurance, daily pay through Tapcheck, a 12-hour shift schedule, and paid time off. Training is provided to help you become CNA certified within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Complete CNA class provided by the company and obtain CNA certification within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer call lights and respond to residents' needs promptly.
• Provide personal hygiene assistance with sensitivity and respect.
• Assist with meal preparation and serving.
• Admit residents and help new residents settle in.
• Respond to patient needs as they arise and support the care team.
• Foster a positive team environment.
