Job summary

Bluebird Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri offers a flexible CNA position focused on compassionate resident care. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, and daily comfort, working closely with licensed staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

Resident Care

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Help residents with mobility, positioning, and use of adaptive equipment
• Ensure residents are clean, dry, and comfortable at all times

Daily Support Tasks

• Change bed linens and maintain clean, wrinkle-free bedding
• Make occupied and unoccupied beds
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests
• Explain care procedures to residents before assisting

Team Communication

• Participate in shift report and communicate with nursing staff
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nurses
• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri (active and in good standing)
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
• Ability to read and write in English
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
