Always Best Care Senior Services Edmonds is hiring caregivers, HCAs and CNAs to support seniors in Everett, Mukilteo and North Snohomish County. Earn $22-$25 per hour with weekly pay and flexible schedules. Join a supportive team that values compassion, reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Washington State CNA, HCA, NAR, or Nurse Aide credential (or are willing to obtain one).
• Have a genuine passion for helping seniors thrive.
• Are dependable, compassionate, and professional.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Can assist with lifting, transfers, and mobility support when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in clients' health and well-being.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Help families enjoy peace of mind knowing their loved one is well cared for.
