Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - Edmonds is seeking experienced caregivers, HCAs, and CNAs to provide one-on-one in-home care in the Edmonds area. You’ll help seniors live safely and independently in their own homes while building meaningful relationships with clients and families.

We offer competitive pay, weekly pay, flexible full-time or part-time shifts, and paid training. Mileage reimbursement and support from local owners create a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State CNA or HCA credential preferred.
• Previous caregiving experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check and medical clearance requirements.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, shopping, and community activities.
• Observe and report changes in client health and well-being.
• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for every client.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
