Always Best Care Senior Services - Edmonds is hiring experienced caregivers, HCAs, and CNAs to provide one-on-one home care in Edmonds and surrounding areas. Earn $22-$25 per hour with weekly pay, and enjoy flexible full-time and part-time shifts in clients' homes.

Ideal candidates have previous caregiving experience in SNFs, assisted living, memory care, or rehab settings, current WA CNA/HCA credentials, reliable transportation, and a caring, professional approach to helping seniors live safely

Qualifications

• Experience in SNFs, assisted living, memory care, rehab centers or adult family homes is valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
• Must pass background check and medical clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meals, med reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities.
• Observe and report changes in health and well-being.
• Promote independence and dignity in daily living.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, shopping, and community activities
• Observe and report changes in client health and well-being
• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for every client
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families

Ideal Candidates Have Experience In:

Qualifications

• Current Washington State CNA or HCA credential preferred
• Previous caregiving experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass a background check and medical clearance requirements
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent care
