Always Best Care Senior Services - Edmonds seeks compassionate caregivers to help seniors live safely and independently at home. We value your CNA/HCA credentials, caregiving experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Join a supportive team with weekly pay, paid training, and flexible scheduling. You’ll provide personal care, transportation, and companionship while building meaningful relationships with clients and families in Edmonds and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Current CNA or HCA certification required
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass background check and medical clearance requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Help create a safe and comfortable home environment through light housekeeping
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
• Observe and report changes in clients' health or well-being
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
