Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - Edmonds is seeking experienced caregivers, HCAs, and CNAs to provide one-on-one home care in Edmonds and surrounding areas. Earn $22-$25 per hour with weekly pay and flexible full-time or part-time opportunities.

Ideal candidates have experience in SNFs, assisted living, memory care, or home care and hold or are pursuing a Washington CNA/HCA credential. Join a team that values compassionate, personalized care for seniors in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, shopping, and community activities.
• Observe and report changes in client health and well-being.
• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for every client.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

• Current Washington State CNA or HCA credential preferred
• Previous caregiving experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass a background check and medical clearance requirements
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent care
