This on-site role requires MI nursing licensure and strong organizational skills, delivering compassionate, compliant service to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Nursing license (LPN or RN) currently licensed in Michigan.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with admissions, care transitions, or clinical documentation is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist families with admissions and transitions, coordinate bed availability and tours.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership, therapy teams, and other departments to ensure smooth admissions and discharges.
• Support clinical documentation, insurance authorizations, and Medicare-related reporting.
