Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. seeks a Security Training Program Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and oversee its site security training initiatives.

You will lead instructors, ensure program effectiveness, and coordinate with station and fleet activities to meet NRC and company standards. The role requires 5 years of related experience with training programs and supervision, plus a technical degree or equivalent training background.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required with 5 years related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or education/training preferred.
• Experience leading training programs and supervisory teams.
• Familiarity with NRC/NEI audits and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise security training program development and implementation.
• Oversee security training instructors and trainees at the designated station.
• Support station and fleet activities, including project management and audits.
• Coordinate training staff assignments across classroom and range activities.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, records, and qualifications meet program goals.
