Job summary

You will identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure program success, while supporting a security-clearance process and maintaining compliance. On-site in Lynchburg with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physics is required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of related engineering experience.
• Ability to conceptualize and define complex systems-of-systems.
• Translate customer expectations into clear, verifiable requirements.
• Familiarity with Systems Requirements, Architecture, Interface Definition, and Design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, regulators, and program managers to develop top-level requirements.
• Define design deliverables for successful project execution with a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform architectural design and requirements specification for complex systems-of-systems.
• Collaborate to define system interfaces and understand technical risks to ensure project success.
