Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. (ENERCON) seeks Civil Structural Engineers to join our Nuclear Design Group.

You will support the analysis, design, and evaluation of critical civil and structural systems, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance across client facilities. This full-time role offers a path from mid-level to principal, with opportunities to lead design studies, mentor teams, and travel for site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in design of structural systems (concrete/steel).
• Experience on power, nuclear, or government (DOE) projects preferred.
• Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure coordination of designs.
• Lead design initiatives and develop project scopes and estimates.
• Innovate solutions to tackle complex technical challenges.
