Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Structural Design Engineer to join our Nuclear Design Group.

You will analyze, design, and evaluate structures for safety and reliability, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. We value experience in power generation or government projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to contribute as both an individual and a team member.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with design of structural systems including concrete and steel.
• Experience in power generation, nuclear power or government (DOE) projects.
• Strong writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor and in teams.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• US Citizenship is required due to Federal Contract Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and evaluate critical structures and components.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure design integration.
• Lead design initiatives, craft project scopes, and produce engineering estimates.
• Communicate findings to project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Travel and field activities to support site walkdowns and startup operations.
