Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. invites a Structural Design Engineer to join our Nuclear Design Group. You will analyze, design, and evaluate civil/structural systems to meet safety, reliability, and regulatory requirements across client facilities.

This full-time role offers multiple U.S. locations with possible remote options. Ideal candidates hold a Civil/Structural degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, strong writing and collaboration skills, and U.S. citizenship for federal projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with design of structural systems including concrete and steel.
• Experience in power generation, nuclear power or government (DOE) projects with an engineering/design firm.
• Strong writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
• US Citizenship required due to Federal Contract Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across disciplines with professionals from various engineering fields to coordinate and integrate designs.
• Lead design initiatives, develop project scopes, and produce accurate engineering estimates.
• Innovate solutions to tackle complex technical challenges with creative problem-solving.
• Engage in field operations, travel to sites, oversee installations, and support startups.
• Inspire teams by leading with a positive, results-driven attitude.
