ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a Structural Design Engineer to join our Nuclear Design Group. We welcome Civil Structural Engineers with experience in designing concrete and steel structures for safety-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with structural design of concrete and steel.
• Experience in power generation, nuclear power, or government (DOE) projects preferred.
• Strong writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to contribute individually and in teams.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• US Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure integrated design.
• Lead design initiatives, develop project scopes, and provide accurate estimates.
• Innovate solutions for complex technical challenges.
• Engage in field operations including site walkdowns and field installations.
• Inspire teams and lead by example to achieve goals.
