Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Structural Design Engineer to join our Nuclear Design Group. You will work on analysis, design, and evaluation of critical structures and components.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance while contributing to project success and client satisfaction. A path to senior roles is available as you grow technically and as a leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design of structural systems (concrete and steel).
• US Citizenship required due to Federal Contract.
• Experience in power/nuclear, heavy industrial, or DOE projects is preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across disciplines with engineers from various fields to ensure design integration.
• Lead design initiatives by developing study scopes and producing engineering estimates.
• Innovate solutions to tackle complex technical challenges with fresh ideas.
• Engage in field operations, travel to sites, perform site walkdowns and support start-ups.
• Inspire teams through leadership, mentorship, and collaboration.
