Job summary

Duke Energy is seeking a dedicated professional to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate accredited operator training programs including licensed and non-licensed operator domains. The role requires SRO certification and adherence to SAT, INPO, and NRC standards, with hybrid work options.

The ideal candidate will maintain training quality, collaborate with Operations, and participate in audits and evaluations to ensure technical competence across programs.

Qualifications

• High School/GED degree AND two ( 2 ) years related work experience
• SRO

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, and update training materials to ensure technical accuracy and content.
• Conduct classroom, flow loop, simulator and in-plant training.
• Develop, administer, grade, and control examinations and other evaluation tools.
• Evaluate training programs, students, training materials, and suggest improvements.
• Support the development and implementation of quality training programs that comply with INPO and NRC requirements.
