Curtiss-Wright Nuclear is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to empower the sales team with technical and administrative support, product information, and process improvements. Based in Brea, CA, you will plan and execute projects that optimize sales operations and help close opportunities with nuclear power clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain CRM data, prepare proposals, and track performance metrics to drive efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years planning and executing sales-related projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Plans, executes, and monitors sales-related projects to improve efficiency.
• Collaborates with sales, marketing, engineering, and support for project outcomes.
• Identifies and implements process improvements in sales support.
• Provides technical and administrative information to the sales team.
• Creates product/process documentation and technical proposals.
• Supports development of customer proposals.
• Maintains CRM records and tracks sales activity and metrics.
• Performs data entry and reports on performance to management.
• Supports user onboarding and CRM tool adoption with documentation.
