Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. seeks a Nuclear Electrical Analysis Engineer to join our team and contribute to electrical power system studies and problem-solving for design modifications.

The role covers mid-level to principal leadership with opportunities for mentorship and advancement. The candidate will work on projects across Nuclear Services, Federal Services, and other energy sectors, with offices including Naperville, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university
• MS in Electrical Engineering is preferred
• Experience in nuclear power industry is preferred
• Maintains an active PE license or plans to obtain soon
• Mid-Level requires 3+ years electrical studies experience
• Senior Level requires 6+ years electrical studies experience
• Experience with industry codes (NEC, IEEE, IEC, NERC)
• Proficiency with tools and reports in power systems studies
• Ability to work individually or in teams
• Travel ~10% as needed

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical studies and design recommendations for power systems across varied facilities
• Perform quality reviews of calculations, models, and drawings
• Direct and mentor junior engineers on projects and tasks
