Enercon is seeking an Safety Analysis Engineering Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary group focused on radiological, thermal-hydraulic, chemical and meteorological assessments for nuclear facilities.

The role requires a strong engineering background, a PE license (or commitment), and at least 6 years in engineering with 2 years in leadership. Location options include multiple US sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant engineering field; advanced degree preferred.
• PE license or commitment to obtain one is required.
• Minimum 6 years of engineering experience, including nuclear industry exposure.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing staff.
• Ability to obtain unescorted access at nuclear facilities.
• Strong problem-solving and scientific evaluation abilities.
• Experience with radiological, thermal-hydraulic, chemical and meteorological work.
• Familiarity with US NRC design and regulatory expectations.

• Lead teams to meet project goals and ENERCON excellence standards.
• Interface with clients to ensure quality and deadlines on projects.
• Coordinate internal engineering disciplines and delegate roles.
• Support and mentor engineers conducting multi-physics analyses.
• Develop technical proposals and assist business development activities.
