Job summary

TerraPower is seeking a Senior Manager of Regulatory Construction Oversight (Natrium) to lead regulatory construction oversight activities for Kemmerer Unit 1 and related supplier and QA programs. The role requires directing staffing, budgets, and procedural development, while coordinating with regulators and partner organizations to ensure compliance and timely decisions.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in nuclear engineering or a closely related field.
• 10+ years in nuclear reactor licensing, oversight, or direct inspection.
• Experience leading diverse technical teams in a regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage regulatory construction oversight processes and procedures.
• Oversee scheduling for Kemmerer Unit 1 oversight and supplier facility assessments.
• Coordinate staffing, training, performance, and budgets for oversight programs.
• Direct construction oversight activities including inspections and QA program oversight.
• Lead interactions with Federal, state, and local regulators and partners.
• Collaborate with the design authority to ensure timely regulatory responses.
