Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Senior Refuel Floor Specialist (Project Manager) to lead BWR Refuel Floor outages, including disassembly, reassembly, and in-vessel maintenance. You will drive safety, schedule, and budget while coordinating GVH and contractor teams across international sites.

The role requires strong project management, technical SME for reactor maintenance, and exceptional leadership to ensure high-quality deliverables in line with customer requirements and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with extensive BWR outage maintenance experience.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 10+ years in BWR outage maintenance.
• Prior roles: Refuel Floor Lead Technical Director or Project Manager or Outage Manager.

Responsibilities

• Own Refuel Floor tasks for GVH outage scope and serve as single point of contact.
• Manage project from ITO through OTR, including risk, finance, and communications.
• Provide project leadership, transition planning, and contingency strategies.
• Lead multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams including contractors.
• Supervise union and non-union personnel on outage maintenance activities.
• Support commercial proposals with input on labor, tooling, and logistics.
• Interact with senior customer and supplier management on technical and compliance issues.
• Support product line activities, including proposals, development, and training.
