Job summary

GE Vernova in Wilmington, NC, seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end GNF4 product introductions and facility modernization projects, coordinating engineering, production, and quality teams while maintaining adherence to nuclear standards.

You will drive resource planning, schedules, and TOC-based decisions to ensure minimal disruption to production and alignment with the long-term fabrication roadmap, with relocation support and discretionary bonus provisions as described.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• 5–7 years of experience in Project Management, Manufacturing Operations, or Engineering within a high-complexity, regulated industrial environment (e.g., Nuclear, Aerospace, or Energy).
• Demonstrated experience leading New Product Introductions (NPI) or facility modernization projects that required coordination between technical design and physical manufacturing execution.
• Proven proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end oversight and delivery of GNF4 product introductions and modernization projects.
• Lead execution within the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) framework translating design to shop-floor reality.
• Plan and deliver GNF4 projects without disrupting production; manage resources and timelines.
• Apply Operational Excellence to maximize facility throughput.
