Job summary

Aecon Concessions in Charlotte, NC seeks a Manager, Quality to lead the quality strategy for US New Nuclear Development projects. You will drive bid-phase quality, align with regulatory standards, and ensure field quality oversight across fabrication, installation, and turnover.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in nuclear or highly regulated environments, with strong leadership, audit, and governance experience. Excellent collaboration across multidisciplinary teams is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, Physical Science, or related discipline.
• Professional certification such as PE/P.Eng., CQE or ASQ considered an asset.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the project quality strategy during bid and definition phases.
• Provide field quality leadership across construction, fabrication, and turnover.
• Oversee nonconformance management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Project Management to embed quality requirements.
