Job summary

Aecon Concessions is seeking a Manager, Integration to lead the project integration program for nuclear, DOE, SMR, and related large EPC opportunities in the Charlotte area. You will drive readiness, governance, interface management, and cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.

The role requires 5+ years in nuclear project execution or integration, strong leadership, and expertise in QA/NRC/NQA‑1 frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of nuclear engineering, modification, maintenance, construction, commissioning, project execution, or integration.
• Experience with large EPC nuclear, DOE, SMR, or advanced reactor projects.
• Knowledge of NRC requirements and NQA-1 quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project integration program with internal teams, clients, and partners.
• Ensure governance, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across the project.
• Maintain readiness planning, work package management, and closeout processes.
• Align engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, QA, licensing, and operations.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop integration personnel.
